Lawrence Merritt on the late delivery of Photo Books

Here’s what UK MD Lawrence Merritt has to say on the recent issue of the late delivery of our Photo Books for Father’ Day-

As you may know, due to very high demand throughout the Father’s Day period, unfortunately we experienced a delay in the printing of some Photo Books and therefore, in a small number of cases, this resulted in some customers not receiving their Photo Book in time for Father’s Day. 

We realise this is unacceptable, and despite our best efforts to rectify the problem, including upgrading the majority of orders from ‘First Class Delivery’ to ‘Courier Delivery’ at our own cost, this still did not solve the issue entirely. Although only less than 1 percent of customers were affected by the problem and only a small number of orders did not reach their destination on time, this is certainly a situation we do our best to avoid.

We have already been in touch with affected customers to offer a good-will gesture and these orders are being prioritised for dispatch as soon as possible. But if you feel you would like to discuss the matter further, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Services Team who will do everything they possibly can to turn this experience into a positive one.

For those of you, however, that did recieve your Photo Books on time, we hope that it brought a smile to your face and brightened up your day as that’s what we always hope to achieve. 

Please accept my apologies if you have not received your book on time and if we haven’t already, we will get your Photo Book to you as soon as possible.
